Creator Tech

The Guiding Principles of Creator Tech

1min

The three principles that govern all interaction with Creator Tech are curiosity, intention, and commitment. Whether one is using a transpod or an Assembler, or interacting with other Creator Tech (Discovery Landers, Servitors), the rule that guides the process is this:

Curiosity activates the interface. Intention reveals possibilities. Commitment initiates the process.

This means that Creator Tech will only work if a sentient being has some understanding of what the tech does, is aware of the underlying concepts in play, and possesses the desire to accomplish something specific. An example: one cannot accidentally activate an Assembler; a sentient being has to understand what Assemblers do, grasp concepts like atoms and replication, and have awareness of the item they wish the Assembler to make.
